The rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful. The parking lot is a huge plus. However, if you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't it. You can hear everything, from noises in other rooms to the sound of the street, indicating poor overall soundproofing.
My husband and I are from Utah and recently we had one night stay at Greenwich and we were impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was! The lady at the front desk (forgot her name) was amazing to us, we had so many questions since was our first time in San Francisco and we had to deal with a work matter so she helped us figure out the nearest post office and gave us the recommendation for the best restaurants nearby! Definitely we're coming back to SFO and will stay at the Greenwich again, the room was clean and well stocked, no carpet and no bathtub, which was the reason that I choose to stay there at the first place and now we feel confident to come back soon!
Stayed for three nights last week. This was the second time for us. My husband and I like the location, easy to access to anywhere in San Francisco, and we really enjoyed during our stay. There are lots of nice restaurants and café in walking distance. More importantly, the rate is much reasonable than other hotels in S.F and save money . Also I like cleaning services , room is small , but clean and cozy . The only complaint was that after checked in, we tried to take a nap, but , the employees were talking loudly and that would disturb us. Other than that, we are satisfied with Greenwich Inn. We ‘ll stay next time .
Spent three days here visiting family. I was expecting San Francisco to be unsafe due to recent media reports, however it was quite the opposite. The city seems to be doing very well, in fact things seem better than the last time I visited several years ago. The motel facilities are located in an upscale neighbourhood with lots to do. My room was clean and the staff was courteous. I definitely recommend these accommodations for your next trip to San Francisco.

The reception lady was amazing, she gave us a ton of advices and recommendations. She was very friendly and chatty. The room was clean. If I ever had a chance to visit San Francisco I will definitely try to book a room there.
This place is awesome! Manny the boss is fantastic and makes everything so simple. I’m a flight attendant so I’ve seen many different types of hotels in my time and this one is more like a 3 start due to the cleanliness and upgraded decor, it’s simple but has everything you need. The location is outstanding. I’ll be staying again when I need a home away from home.
Even though the room was a little smaller than I am used to, it was quite adequate for my needs. Neema was awesome as she was very concerned about my wife’s well-being after surgery. Very friendly people willing to help if they can. I really don’t have anything negative to say about them or my stay. Well worth staying at. I do highly recommend!
